The story sinigang really taught us about reality. Forgiving is hard. Being forgiven and to forgive is very painful as you are either betrayed or was the one to betray. Things wont be the same as your mistakes have already surfaced, but we can always atone for it. We can learn from our mistakes and atone by learning and to never do it again. Sinigang left a massive impact on how i see the true face of life. Life is a roller coaster ride of emotions, it goes from ups to downs. Life is not always fun and easy, but that is why life is life. Things wont go our way, but that is fine. Life is full of obstacles and challenges where we can either embrace and move forward and run away from it. Just as how Sylvia asked forgiveness from Liza, Sylvia moved forward and never run from her responsibility. Atoning for her sins as she was on the wrong, that in itself is the essence of mistakes. Mistakes will either make us strong, or be our weakness. Let us choose to learn from our mistakes and be humans learning and being better from our mistakes, instead of running away, let us face reality and be better than who we are yesterday. This lessons are what struck me after reading the story of Sinigang.

Realizations are made from the story of Sinigang. I learnt so many moral values after understanding what the point of the story was. I understood that everyone makes mistakes as no one is perfect, but it is up to us to be responsible for our mistakes and what it dealt to the people surrounding us. I will apply this in my own life as a 21st century learner by being a responsible human being capable of being aware by my mistakes so as to not let it happen again. I will do what is necessary after making a mistake such as fixing what happened and the least i can do is to put my mistakes into heart so as to never enable the same mistake twice. Day by day, i will learn and be a better version of me.
